Today was just as great as yesterday. We spent lots of time working on the letter y and the different sounds it makes. The kids did a good job. We spent most of the afternoon experiencing with different solids. The kids had to sort them into different properties. They did a great job. We are really working with them on answering in complete sentences. So far, so good! All of the kids and teachers in first grade dressed in black for the 50th celebration. It was quite hilarious. The kids really got into it! They were able to play outside for about fifteen minutes this afternoon. It has made for a long week not being able to go outside. They were really excited to get some fresh air. I am loving every moment!!!
